Hi there, my name is Fahmi 26 yrs of age and currently working in an aviation company in Singapore. Hmmm... wat actually attracted my interest in making cheesecakes?? Well, I really do love buying and eating cheesecakes a lot until a cousin of mine named Sasha introduced me into making this easy-to-make recipe. It was an oreo cheesecake which she actually made for my family during my brother's wedding in Dec 2005 and it was really tasty!!
